Payment and Product Return Policy

You can submit a return request for Kidoo products within 14 days in cases of manufacturing defects, from the time the order arrives.

When returning a product, make sure all accessories included with the order are present and in good condition, and that the product is in its original packaging. If you have set a password on the device you wish to return, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the return request will not be processed correctly.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery or secure payment for the product value and shipping cost as shown on the invoice.

14 Days

You have 14 days from the date you receive any item to submit a return request.

Quality Guarantee

Please note that some of our products are not from the original manufacturer, as some are Chinese imports, such as certain Carter’s items and some Chicco and Lecoin products, among others.
Please also note that some of our products do not offer a choice of design or color, and the selection is instead made by the child’s gender (boy or girl). If you would like a specific design, please indicate this in the notes section on the checkout/details page when placing your order, or by contacting us directly after placing the order and with sufficient time before it is shipped.
