Product Return Policy

You can submit a return or exchange request for products within 14 days.
In cases of manufacturing defects, this period extends to 30 days from the time the order arrives.

When returning a product, make sure all accessories included with the order are present and in good condition, and that the product is in its original box and original packaging, with clothing items in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Exchanges and returns apply only to outerwear and shoes, and do not apply to other products such as underwear, personal care and medical products, and supplies of all kinds.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery, or secure payment for the product value and shipping cost as shown on the invoice.

Note: For payments made by Visa, a 2% bank processing fee will be deducted in the event of a return.

You have 14 days from the date you receive any item to submit a return request.

You can easily return any item you purchased within 14 days. In the case of an exchange or return, the customer bears the shipping costs again, in addition to a 10 EGP return fee, since the shipping cost is determined by the shipping company itself based on the shipment’s weight and the governorate.
